The rapid growth of Soap & Glory’s product ranges had led to a loss of brand focus. As their portfolio grew they needed a system in place to help consumers navigate the range and ensure brand consistency while allowing the personality of Soap & Glory to stand out.

We started by looking at competitors and conducted a retail safari of Soap & Glory products in stores across the country. A brand audit followed of their 3 main ranges including Bath & Body, Skincare, and Cosmetics, and the brand comms. Every SKU was included to give a product hierarchy.

From the audit a flexible system was developed to ensure the brand’s playful personality could be applied to future product ranges, while ensuring ease of navigation in store. The work was delivered in a brand book.
